    Go to west archosaur by the banker and boutique agent, there are usually people selling tokens there. Buy some and then talk to the boutique agent, then talk to her about gift exchange. Choose luck (because you are exchanging perfect tokens of luck) and then choose the little symbol that looks like a trumpet. Don't buy them directly from other players, it's cheaper to make em yourself with the teles.

    What's the difference between the 10 silver one and the 90 silver one?

    You get more teles with the 90 silver, but please don't use the boutique. It's way less money to just get a few tokens and do it the way I just described. :P
