So this is the e-mail i got. My brother was using his debit card, through pay pal to charge so I can have things in this game as well. He moved with our mom, I stayed in West Virginia for college. Now both our accounts are banned. Has anyone ever encountered this? What can I expect out of this in the end? I was told perma band by a few people, others say soon its gonna be ok. Please anyone know anymoreb:surrenderb:sad

    Go to paypal and see why they didn't pay. Sometimes they block payment until you confirm your location (can happen with a move) or bank account. Also submit a ticket exactly like the email tells you to do. Players can't help you.

    This happened to me when my bank decided not to process my change of address request. I had to go through a lot of BS with Paypal and several tickets to PWE before I got my account back. Took about a month and a half. Good luck.

    P.S.: It was because of this I started using Google Checkout, and I haven't had any problems so far.

    yeah, this thread will get locked, with a Mod copying-pasteing some weird text there.

    This happened to me, and believe me, it was a pain in the ***. In my case, i got 2 weeks banned, until paypal decided to completely cancel the payment [because PWE ticket system is soooooooo~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ooooooo slow and that didn't help at all], and i repay again the $ i owed to PWE.
