Question about Prepaid cards

Hi, I'm new to charging zen on my account and when I tried to imput it from my prepaid it said I had to make a billing account, Now, the problem is that I'm not very keen on giving my address or phone could someone explain why PWI needs it for prepaid cards? I have a $20 card right here but as I mentioned earlier I don't want to give that information. Also other sites that use prepaid cards don't ask me for that and I'm never planning on using paypal so I'm kinda in a bind. This is kinda out of my comfort zone.

    Why is the country selection thing linking back to the billing page? Thanks, please reply

    Submit a ticket and keep bumping these posts. Eventually someone will see there's a problem for them making money off us and fix it.

    I think its every update they managed to geek up something with the Zhenning, i cant charge Zhen either if i'd wanted.

    It just tells me my Credit card is frozen for then ext 24 hours and thats it.
