create billing acc error??!

so today i bought a prepaid card and i went to the charge zen thing. so i filled out all the required fields except the country selection part. when ever i try to click on it , it links me back to the first page. it wont let me click on it and select. help plz??? i live in america btw
is it a bug or something?

    You aren't allowed to charge zen until you've learned your class by at least leveling to 75.
    LOL that response wasn't serious. Go to the first time buyers guide and make sure you are doing everything right. If that doesn't work then restart your browser and/or delete your cookies and/or restart your browser. If you still can't do it then contact customer support via a ticket. Perfect world definitely won't stand for you not being able to charge gold.

    Very weird... all I can suggest is to send in a ticket. Being that it is about wanting to charge money, I'm sure they will get on it top priority.

    Same here. Been waiting since Friday for a fix for this. Submitted a ticket, but since it's the weekend, no reply so far. Apparently this happens when you have to enter billing info from the charge Zen screen, no matter what form of payment. Looks to me like someone screwed up the code for the drop down list box to choose a country.

    Maybe they'll fix it soon, AND compensate us for "missing out" on the bonus Zen. Don't expect it, but they should take that into consideration.
