Still after 1 year..bank is fked

Yet again after repeated attempts to get my bank and EQ lock taken off/rest all trys have failed. Do the GM's even help anyone at all? After a full year my problem has not been fixed. So i say whats the hold up guys? it would be a simple thing to do.. I would like to ask again if you could reset my bank, and EQ locks that i did not place on my character, they appeared one night after i had to recover my account... I really want to play my sin again so could you please take the time to reset my locks?

    Submit a ticket. >.< How are they supposed to keep track of all the things people say here? That's what their ticketing system is for.

    Well... I have done that over maybe 15 times? they have not helped me yet. all they say is that to send them this information to prove that i made the account witch i have done, all of it is correct.. yet they never reply back all they do is delete my ticket...And about keeping track of what is said they have people who should be reading the forums i thought? Its pathetic firs that they don't even play their own game, And worse that they hardly help, Hell pw-my gm's where better then the ones here and that is saying alot when they where nearly as useless as the ones who run this sever x.x
