empty "select character screen"

As title says.

Sometimes when I am changing characters the "select character screen" does not show any characters.
Thus forcing me to relog, which is annoying b:sad

The problem:
- ONLY occurs while switching chars on the same server
- is intermediate <- it occurs roughly 1 out of 10 times I switch chars.

Any ideas ?

No ideas, but the same happens to me too. As well around 1 out of 10 times I switch between characters.

Relogging fixes it, but I agree it's really annoying. Specially when you are mailing items, or trying to trade something, your safety lock timer gets reset.

    Forgot to mention:

I sometimes also receive the message "user does not exist".

I find it hard to believe only the two of us are having problems with this.
Probably others are too lazy to post.

    Would appreciate some constructive feedback.

I get that a lot, although happens more on my slower computers than my gaming systems. It's just the info getting dropped from failed packets during the timeframe that the client is seeking it from the server. Just exit and log in again.

    Thanks for the feedback.
    Your explanation sounds reasonable.

Looks like there is not much that can be done then? Grrrr....... b:chuckle
