Trouble Getting game to open. weird Symbols

I have recently changed my OS from Linux to WinXP and i just finished DL the game and i get this error.

Any help please?

I've asked htis before but i never got a absolute solution..

    Reboot your computer, verify your game files, reinstall the game, submit a ticket. Those are a few of the replies you'll get.

    Uh... None of the above. Going from Linux to a 10 year old p.o.s. OS is quite a downgrade...

    Anyway, you need to install the video driver. You should notice that moving windows quickly is kinda choppy right now. Take care of that and you're good to go.
