The reason Why you removed medal was as I said before, you were realizing that is good source of money. And you loosing this money. That's the reason why you removed medals. You are just f... lier. And I'm done with PWI.

OP is telling the truth, everything they do is for money gain. Not de-railing to bring this up but this is a valid point. They fixed the skill glitch where it buffs and you cancel without the spark wasting. Wow they fixed something. But they haven't fixed the nix bleed debuff yet. Why? The OP is right. And the reason they delayed so much the return of medals is because they were trying to milk as much money as possible on useless stuff, aka packs.
PW knows that the ppl who gets rank9 will most likely stop cashopping after a while because what else is there to buy when u have the best gear already?
Thus, that's why they delayed so much the return of medals. I sell packs in a catshop, and I noticed the amount of packs being sold just started to plummet. It even stopped to be a worthy business cause they they were taking too long to sell. That's when I realized that most people didn't care about them anymore. So I thought: "next week medals are coming because ppl are finally fed up with packs," and yes, I was right.
I am glad medals are back, finally I can get my rank9. It just sucks that they cost 20 gold (26m) and when dq was available they costed from 7-10m.
That just showed plain falsehood and greediness from pwi. Now I believe that pwi asked beijing to remove the medals from dq because they were losing a lot of money, lol.0 -

Were you born under a rock? the company was doing totally fine with the game and "paying their employee's" back before packs, hypers and other pathetic sales, your argument is totally invalid and makes you seem clueless.
OT, everyone knows frankie was pulling a lie out his japper when he gave not one, but two different excuses about why they removed the R9 tokens, firstly it was "people were exploiting a bug by stacking non-trade-able tokens ontop of trade-able tokens, making them all trade-able, then the other really bad excuse of they were removed due to the devs saying people were obtaining them to easy...
So what then, instead of people having to farm for DQ, which of course ment some sort of limited source of supplies till people farmed more, now the rich people that were originally going to get rank9, which I'm pretty sure won't give a damn about spending that tiny little bit more compared to what the full R9 is worth anyway, now have it as easy as the credit card access.

Just do what I do.. take up bandwidth without charging anymore, and just be a good friend and make sure anybody thinking of playing a game by pwe in the future knows how they run their games. I totally understand a company making its money, but the way they do it here just rubs me wrong. Timeline of events:
1. Due to the patch, the mail system stops working. DQ items and Jones blessings becomes unavailable.
2. Instead of waiting for stuff like they should have, abusers decided to exploit the glitches and begin selling medals and Jones Blessings. At the same time, Frankie contacts china about how to get the system working.
3. Frankie sees the exploits and lets people know that is bannable, and to screen shot when it is happening. People QQ about it anyway, and he decides to take the medals out of the dq systems until they can fix the glitch.
4. Devs fix the mail system. When frankie asks how they can stop the medal exploit, they tell him that he isn't allowed to put the items in the DQ points anyway. Rank 9 is the best gear in the game and should only be obtainable by months/years of farming, merching, saving or by cash shopping.
5. Frankie announces that they won't be in the DQ system, but announces that he will find a way for them to once again be available. He promises them to be more accessible than just TW which isn't a real way to obtain rank 9.
6. Frankie RETURNS medals to the shop for the same price they've always been.
I see no lies here. They have always been the hardest to get item in the entire game. The best most rare item in the game was never meant to be something you could get in a few weeks. They have always been something that only the rich/dedicated could hope to achieve. Hell before rank sales even rank 8 was a dream to many people. When i first started people actually had to farm rank by helping people with their FBS. I remember their being a whole chatroom dedicated to this and having to DENY invitations to my FB19.
Either you guys have short memories or haven't been playing that long. But it's always been this way. It's nothing new and no one lied.

There are several people on Sanct who had Rank 8 well before badges ever went on sale.
It rubs me wrong that so many people essentially got R9 for free, and now... It's a couple grand to get the ring, a weapon, and a piece of armor. Might as well get Warsoul while you're at it, and lease yourself a server, and purchase a copy of PW from Wanmei and start your own PServer.

Yeah a few people had rank 8 before then, but it was much harder to get. I agree that it sucks that rank 9 was so cheap to get beforehand and now it's expensive again. They have effectively priced me out of it, so I'm pretty disappointed myself. But I'm sure they will eventually have sales on it like they do the rep badges now eventually. By then something new and shinier will be out. That's how it works with anything really. Go look at the price of Betamax at it's prime. My point isn't that it doesn't suck, it's that it was to be expected, unsurprising, and not new. Nobody lied. It's also just the way the world works. That was my main point.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

And what about to have same chances for all players? They were able to obtains medals with dq points so lot of people got it. What about these players which they don't have this opportunity anymore? Where is justice for them? Or they have chance to swipe credit cards? This is equal in your eyes?

They are still obtainable without real money. It's just going to take a heck of a lot longer. Like maybe a year or more if the most you can make is a million a day at higher levels. I didn't say it was fair, I said that its the way the cookies crumbles and that I don't know why people were expecting any differently. Think of the DQ items as a sale, if you didn't spend all your time getting the medals when they were being offered at a crazy discount then that sucks but that doesn't mean that PWI is obligated to continue offering at such a steep discount. They are not being permitted to do so by the developers at any rate. So they had to go back to the old method to offer at least some of the customers a chance to obtain the items. It's does suck, but life's not fair. Besides, it will get devalued eventually. Rank 8 used to be the omfg armor. Now it's not. Thats just the way market and tech markets in particular work. Don't believe me, go look at the price of a betamax when it first came out. Or CD players. It's the same thing.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

The only thing that bothers me is that there's no reasonable way to get them in game. You shouldn't have to farm/merchant for coins to buy GOLD to obtain something, there should be something you can do in game that doesn't involve the boutique at all. The DQ system was fine imo, and I wish putting medals back in (no glitches, and maybe even at a higher price) was a priority. Then I honestly wouldn't care if they were in the boutique.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Like it's already been mentioned, it's the whole "too easy from dq shop" blah blah part. I honestly thought that they were not selling the medals again for the exact same reason, being too easy to aquire. And how I was shown wrong...

I'd expect R10 to require the level cap to be raised. But... R7 is 99, R8 is 100, and R9 is 101. So... R10 would be... 102?

Yeah, I'm guessing Rank 10 would be 102. I'd expect it to be better thank rank 9 by enough that people would want it, and that it would break the balance even more. But on the upside, at least rank 9 would be cheaper. Kind of like rank 8 is now.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
