New Base Quests?

Hello Every1,

After the maintenance i logged in, ran over to our base, and noticed something different about the NPC.

3 New Quests! Yay? So i take em, to figure out what they give, a leader tends to do that ^_^.

1st one i get: Merit: Nivastock brave
2nd one i get: Trial: Glacial Mistress
3rd one i get: Trial: Desert Bandits

Sweet, there all spread out, yay me, ow well. Lets pick up regular base dailies.

WTH a new green quest? Wandering Artist? Who the *Bleep* is that? Manor of Justice..mkay...no NPC there, okies lets read the discription: Something about nice animals, ok so 1 of the first 3 rooms i guess, only those contain mobs, guess what, NO NPC...well figure that out later. Lets go do the quests

-does quests-

Merit: Nivastock Brave --> Reward: 83 Faction Contribution (what no Construction points? ow well)

Trial Quests: --> Rewards: 55K and 60K exp, aah ok these are acceptable, ty PWI


So now for that last quest, lets go check patch notes, Dye Bikes, Medals, Pet Egg, and 1 other thing, euhm? BM nerv? Base dailies upgrade?

hey MonkeyShatter HOW ABOUT SOME REAL PATCH NOTES!
WTF did you people change, and WHERE THE HELL is that NEW NPC?

If your gonna post patch notes, NOTE ALL CHANGES!

Moral of the story: Community of PWI left 2 figure it out on their own, AGAIN.

Frankie any response? How about an Official Faction base post already, stating future upgrades and expansions, so lower factions can think about if its worth it, what things give so it will be more efficient in leveling wings.

Looking forward to your reply, which you probably will never give, cause your to busy counting dollars form the rep sale

    Nivastok Braves and Glacial Mistress are close to each other. IJS it could be worse :P

    Hey, Monkeyshatter does at least give us SOME idea of whats being put in the patch. Better than "Minor localisation" methinks.

    Hm, still have the old quests, no new, just the mystery npc nowhere to be found...

    What lvl is your fact monolith?

    Must be some kind of error... The faction I'm in doesn't have a base but the new quests from the faction base manager are available to me. I just turned in the merit one and got 83 contribution xD (relogged and the contri shows in the merit column on the faction roster).

    i can't find that damn npc nowhere checked every where in base x.xb:sad

    A number of my fac mates got quests to kill Unjust Bowmen but can't find them anywhere. PWDatabase has them listed with no location. I saw another thread here (can't find it now) where someone was asking where they are - it had no replies though :(

    I've not been to the base since maint, so looking forward to seeing what I'll get later.

    From what i gather, the Unjust Bowman are MOBs that do not exist in OUR version of PW.

    Its another, oeps sorry, Copy paste didn;t go as planned f-up from the devs.

    Faction base manager isn't in the base... but if you're in the base, you've already found her.

    As far as I know, the NPC has just not been implemented.
