unable to connect to servers

all servers are listed, but ping and population is marked as "---" in addition i can't log
on any server.

Please help me i just installed the game today, patched everything double veryfied
and opened all path for the game. I was hoping to get a great game experience
today and again the tech stops working.

    thank you so much i had a nightmare thinking about reloading all from scraps and
    on the website was "online" so i thought it is my fault somewhere ^^ b:sweat

    well i am crayze i veryfied too like 15 times and still cant log in too game it is sad this happening for ppl that play like 1year or more sad sad sad

    Yeah... it's maint night. Usually happens every Tuesday, although sometimes we don't get one. Servers are down for a few hours, then you can download a new patch. It's not "sad", it's normal.

    If you are not happy with it then go play another game. Im sure people who have "played for a year" do not care because they are probably sorting stuff out which will benefit us so?

    Where do you find the section on maitenence on the PWI website?
    This is my first time the servers are down and I wanted to know where I could check that its not an issue with my laptop.

    A Maintenance post is made in 'General Discussion' earlier in the day every Tuesday. It usually says if there is or is not maintenance.
