Live Support Gone?

i just went into support and noticed there was no longer a live support function was this removed?

Everything has its beginnings, but it doesn't start at one. It starts long before that... The world is born From zero. The moment zero becomes one is the moment the world springs to life. One becomes 2. 2 becomes 10. 10 becomes 100. taking it all back to one solves nothing. so long as zero remains... One.. Will eventually grow to 100 again.

    Lol, seems to me like they may have well removed it, since I have never been able to get it to work, and have heard a lot of people say the same.

    However, I haven't looked myself...maybe they moved it?

    Well, since they haven't really used it in ages, what's the point of it being in-game?

    It's been gone for... ~3 weeks now? Send a B&M ticket and they might reply to you in 3 or 4 weeks.

    live chat is an option for me when I get to option 4. oO I wonder why it wasn't one for you, I see it just fine. I'm looking at it right now, even was able to get all the way through to their message center about coming back to their hours of operation. I'm using Google Chrome.

    I used to be able to get that screen about 5 days ago...now its suddenly gone. Seems the PW website is badly designed tho, I kept getting random redirects to the submit ticket page whenever I tried to do anything at one point.

    It then goes past a randomizer. 20% of the time, it will be added to a list of things they will deal with by next century, 4.9% of the time it will be read and you will be blown off by a copy paste "Go **** yourself" reply, 0.1% of the time you will get a useful solution and the other 75% of the time it raises a counter on their message server by 3 "Minutes saved in effort today - xxxxxx" and get promptly deleted.

    Yeah, I experienced that too but when I went through the process of answering questions to submit a ticket, I was presented with the option. Perhaps they moved it so people would search the knowledge database first before doing either?

    Fuzzy has been informed that, for the time being anyway, the Live Chat feature on the website has been disabled for "evaluation". What exactly this means the panda isn't sure. Nor was he given any kind of timeline as to when it may be working again. b:irritated

    For now if there is an issue you need addressed the best recourse is still the ticketing system.

    Nah, there's still some games that take unreasonably long amounts of time to respond, i.e, 1-1.5 years that are still around b:cry
