i made a demon seeker made some books for him and got Yataghan Vortex but it came out sage sent in a ticket on it and the gms said they wont exchange it for me. so you cannot obtain demon vortex through the Demon BookClip and if you dont believe me here is a link

What do you believe should have happened?: I should have gotten Demon Yataghan Vortex instead of the Sage Version since i was Opening a Demon Book Clip. I would like the Sage Book i Have in my inventory to be Exchanged for the Demon Version since after all i was trying to get that Demon Yataghan Vortex and instead got Sage Yataghan Vortex outta the bookclip.

It appears that the item you wish to exchange does have a random chance of coming from the Demon Seeker book. We will be unable to exchange the item by player request. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    when you made the bookclips did you make both at the same time? as in tell it to make 2 then go or make them 1 at a time. i ask because both the sage and demon bookclips are named "Demon Seeker blah blah" the only difference is the circle on them

    edit: nvm the bookclips dont say either sage or demon

    That's just ridiculous. The pwi support do not understand the game, you will have to explain to them that it's a bug...at least get someone who understands or plays pwi to look at it.

    The first reply from a ticket is always meant to send you packing. I didn't send many tickets, but also what I heard from others, it seems that they just send some standard reply and you wonder if they even read your ticket. Don't click the "solution accepted", but decline and make sure to put really big :

    DEMON bookclip gives me SAGE book!!!

    Seems after you have more chance. I had some sortlike problem, the ticket gave no result. But after getting to stage of talking with GM ingame, it was solved (dunno how GM on your servers are though). It shouldn't be to hard for them to make you npc the sage book and summon the demon version at next maintenance.

    Well yeah, maybe. Idk what they can or cannot do. I had some problem with a cape, she made me npc the one I had and told me she would summon the correct one with the next maintenance. So the wednesday after I got it by mail. So I know that is possible.

    Thing is, the support service person was not very cooperating. But the GM who contacted me ingame was. Even without having much "proof" like you have. So I think that would be your best option.

    yeah just PM frankie. Support for this game is horrible. a few months ago i sold gold and got an odd number back. was selling for 900k and ended up getting something like 98,796 instead. support told me it was the tax they charge for selling gold and to have a nice day, closing it b:angry

    This happened to me and the gms know about it I submitted a Ticket with screenshots proving it (it happened 3 times) I was luckily able to sell 2 of them and gm changed one for me.

    well u have to expect some bugs for things like this. between the massive updates kepping the never satisfied pw fans happy and trying to fix every little bug theres bound to be little things they missed along the way. just try to trade it out with someone who accidentally maid the demon book for now i guess

    as you can see the sage one comes both sage and demon random while the demon one doesnt have a random demon when it should be the demon random book

Demon bookclips give demon skills and sage bookclips give sage i opened 2 demon bookclips on my demon character and got 1 demon skill and 1 sage skill. you cannot open sage books if you are demon and vice versa. i provided a ss of the chatlog of me receiving the sage book and a demon book.
