Heaven's Tear Server Connection Problem

I wonder why after about 7pm (PDT) the Heaven's Tear server will become extremely lag...
It takes a long time to log in and when I am in the game, the ping increases to 25000ms. I couldn't really do anything inside the game....

Anyone has similar experience or knows how to fix the lag?

I first got this problem this Wednesday and I live around the san francisco bay area...hope this helps

    Just right off the top, I see stops 3, 6, and 7 are having some problems. You got a good ping on one hit, but it's missing on the other two hits. Looks like those routers may be dropping packets and that's is likely causing you to DC. They could be overloaded and don't have enough ram, or are just not load-balancing well with the traffic loads at that particular time.
    Without a visual-trace I am not sure where stop 10 is the the path, bit I would guess that 11 is where it hits PWE and you won't get a ping response there for security reasons. You've got a decent response there. Is this tracert taken at a time when you are having the problems getting disconnected? I as because you mention a specific time frame in the post.

    Hops 3-6 is still on AT&T's network. 1 & 2 is your local computer or network/router.

    Hop 7 is NTT in Colorado.

    So it seems like you may want to contact your ISP and ask what is going on with those connections. From the feedback I have gotten from other ATT users, good luck on getting good help from their Customer Support, but good luck! b:sad

    Thanks for the explanations... I did do the trace route when I encountered the problem.

    I guess I'll just call ATT and see wt's going on...

    Well i have the same problem with HT, i don't Dc but have a constant lag of 17k or 21k the other problem is that took me like 10 minutes to show me pwi forum site

    I have the same problem. My connection is fine. I have only problems pwi, HT server. Attached is a screenshot.
