i just hit 49, and finally got to use it.

its pretty much a BIDS

i mean it only does 450% at max instead of 500%, slightly less added damage, a shorter range, and no slow but its got a 15 sec cooldown instead of 30 and no chi cost. not to mention the proc from soulserver. im ganna love using this

so far ive been able to:
Spark-> blade affinity-> ion Strike-> gemini

cant wait till 89 when i can triple spark that

    its an OK skill.... not really that much useful if you dont have the channeling skill out of cooldown

    and why does everyone say "I cant wait to triple spark that skill"

    triple sparking it does practically ** all to the damage output considering the majority of the damage on gemini slash is weapon damage and the additional damage the skill tacks on which at lvl 10 I beleive is 4500"ish"

    on a low level mob say outside of orchid temple I do normally 14-19k with triple spark Ive hit around 20-22k consistently

    in fact I havent found really any benefit other than the taking 25% less damage from sparking on a seeker at all, Id much rather use my sparks for ion spike, voidstep, or have it ready for secondary domain type situation

    not true at least in my experience...the only people a seeker would have to worry about that on is psy, wiz, archer, and mystics due to their range, but a seeker shouldnt have more than 1-2-3 shots to kill these classes anyways or they are dead themselves...

    and on a melee class, well the immobilize skill heart seeker has a relatively short cooldown and u have all day to cast gemini when they cant move, and if it dont proc, or they have anti stun, or whatever just keep kiting til it does work....at least thats what i do

    +100. I usually get stunned/sealed right after using Blade Affinity. Once I've used it, I might as well just lay down for arcane classes. Or use ranged metal damage lolol.

    yeah basically, the heart seeker is substituting channeling skill for that one but it doesnt change the fact that for Gemini to be useful, it needs to rely on a prior skill to be in effect.

    yea that too....not saying any which one way or the other is foolproof....I use anti stun pots atm until i get my sage unfetter...there are ways Im sure I can honestly say I havent pvp'd a whole lot on my seeker, just a little bit here and there, and by no means have I fought anyone at least in my opinion who Ive considered to be super good, nor do I claim to be myself....

    just simply stating that in the majority of the little fights I have had I didnt seem to be bothered by blade affinity's cooldown time and it affecting gemini slash.

    Is a good skill to use in a Mass PK area, the double hit is nice in PvE, but in 1v1, id never try useing against some classes, namely stun classes.

    the key point of this skill is its outrageously badass "IF U CAN SHOOT ONE OFF". blade affinity makes it far easyer and with a little luck and comboing itll be the last skill u have to fire at that enemy. a.k.a AWSOME 1 SHOT

    It blows unless used in conjuction with Soulsever minuet and blade affinity.

    Also, anyone that uses Gemini Slash in pvp, without sealing/stunning your target or using Blade Affinity and complain because the skill supposedly fails at duels, should just roll a sin/bm, because thinking and using strategy in pvp is too much for you.

    gemini skill is realy good in pvp, especialy if you have zerk sword, i have done 21k zerk crit with my gemini slash on a lvl 101 clericb:cute and yes i did use blade afinity for it to be a fast hit :D it was more like who hits first my gemini or his Bids he was chan, good thing he had only 35% chan heheb:cute

    on topic: gemini is fun and great when you get it off in pvp

    i much prefer the moments when i 1 shot with ion spike though. it usually looks like this:

    I dont know about pking with gemini but it is a great skill. If you have all 3 skills saged [gemini, soulsever, and blade affinity](more damage, + 65% to cause effect, -85% channeling) you can throw out ALL your aoes and heart shatter. Insta kill in all of 6 seconds imo. Hell you can even use unfetter sage at start and ignore the effect of slow and stun for 3 seconds or you could use darkcloud when saged with 50% chance to chancel skill channeling.
