It seems you can only answer the stuff on one character per level bracket. I could do the even on my 94 cleric and my 81 sin but not my 92 psy. Not sure if this is on purpose or not but I was well within the time limit as I logged the sin after I tried the psy.

hm, were you maybe late on coming to the NPC on your other character? as the questionnaire only lasts 30 minutes.

but either way, i wouldn't know, i dont have characters on the same account.

@TreeHugs: I thought I might have been late as well, but then I logged my sin and was able to finish it on that char, as well as start it on my veno. Both the sin and the veno are in separate level brackets from each other and the cleric/psy.

I was able to do both of my 70's when I got there.
