The worst lag ever !!!

I am playing perfect world for the past 8 months and i've never seen a lag like this before. Sometimes , it reaches maximum of 1777 mts and sometimes it reaches 560 - 580 mts. When i reach 1777 mts, after i enter some message in chat window, it takes 10 secs to show. On top of that, my PC is not slow PC and i've had pings like 300-360 mts for the past 6 months but the last 2 months, its horrible. please help me . Thank you.     And i've port forwarded 29000 in my router and the port is open. Is there anything else to configure in my router??

    Please try powering down and restart your computer system and network hardware. Sometimes the break can do wonders for your internet connectivity.

    The same thing is happening to me, nothing lags at all except when I type anything anywhere.
    For each letter I press is a 3-7 second lag period.
    So if I type anything long, it takes minutes to load.
    I've powered down my system, including router and modem.

    Any ideas how I can fix this?

    It's going great until you reach hop 10. there's not really anything you can do about that. It's not on your end, and it's not on PWE's end.

    At 22, that's likely the servers, you aren't going to get a ping response there.

    I think it has something to do with this new patch, I have never had this problem till the new update.
    Don't get me wrong, I love the updates, other than this one issue b:surrender
