Do people still fight proper way of 1 vs 1?

In all honesty I really want to know from the title... and I mean ...

No spark
No genie
No gank
No refines
No charms

I am kinda curious. I have been busy IRL.
I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.

    No spark is the tiniest problem, since using spark in pk is usually a dumb thing to do. It's almost always more effective to use your chi on different stuff.

    Not commenting on the rest tho :P dumb as usual

    True enough...

    Though when I'm fighting certain people, I like using single spark to make them waste their defensive skills or try to kite me so my own skills can go of cooldown and then follow up with whatever else is best for the situation.

    Once upon a time tripple sparking in a 1v1 was considered a fail move, dependant on the classes that are 1v1.

    Now it seems pretty acceptable.

    No genie <<< No, genies now became a big part of PvP along with items as well..
    No gank <<< Some occasions yes, but its more between two different guilds or in more private spots or etc. Other words if you are in west arch and try to kill someone, you will most likely get ganked.
    No refines <<< No, everyone has refines and its another big part of PvP damage and defense wise...
    No charms <<< No, most people recommend charms for PvP. But not everyone (like myself and many others) can afford charms and use Pots instead..

    Yulk before every 1vs1 i reset my refines burn my charm and decompose my genie. The proper way.

    That's because it is usually hard has f.uck to build chi in pk and not a good idea to waste it all on a 15 sec dmg boost. There are some situations where i find sparking a good move, for example when you are about to die, to help your charm cool down (omg, broke 2 yulk-rules!!!). Or to purify off a nix bleed etc... Now with sins as the easy mode pk class getting chi handed to them on a silver plate it seems an acceptable move for them...

    You forgot the to add the extra rules by Zoe:

    No heals

    No pets

    No sleep

    No paralyze

    No stuns

    If you allow that sort of cheating it can never be a fair fight. Why would you not mention this?

    The only proper way of PvP-ing is 2 chars in NPC gear auto attacking each other until 1 hp bar is empty. Thats how real men fight b:dirty.

    As a sage wizard I'd much prefer to use my sparks to purify and have double dmg for 12 secs than blow 80 energy (and a skill slot etc) for a chance at removing bleed. I wouldn't even consider cauterize on my genie.. My other skills are far more valuable.

    That's kinda contradicting. On the one hand you say venos are no huge threat, on the other hand you advice me to waste a skill slot on my genie for a skill that is only useful against nix bleed and a dead weight in 99% of the situations. No ty, I'd rather spark and use my genie energy for genie spark to one shot the veno with a sparked (and sparked xD) pyrogram...

    Who seriously triple sparks in 1v1? People should just chain single spark for the invincibility and white glow (especially the latter).
