    Submit a ticket perhaps.

    Usually there is a button on the lower left labelled "create".

    Click 'Verify' on patcher to make sure the game downloaded all the files.

    Try to make sure there isn't much going on with your computer too, that could help. I know I have a bit of a lag when I open the screen so I can't see my players at first until it gets it's butt into gear. But ya, hopefully verifying files will help solve it.
