TW riggings by red dragons

it recently has come to my attention that red dragons of Dreamweaver server have possibly rigged their tw fights in order to keep their lands the leaders of insanity and genuine bid on red dragons lands deserted sea and buried bones to prevent a legitimate tw fight with a better faction that would take control of their lands the leader of insanity /\petrove/\ aka Tolky along with Marshall GsWench and Goliath and the leader of genuine MrsClean aka Boloblaw have taken officers positions in red dragons i was under the impression that this violated tw rules and TOS rules and was a banable offense if anyone knows this to be true plz send tickets

    they do now but right after map was reset red dragons had those lands until they couldnt get out bid ie 100mil bid on their lands and thentaken over by kindrid
