Upcoming Patch Rumor PWI 100+ Only?

There is a rumor going around that an upcoming patch will make PWI impossible for lower levels to login... rumor that PWI will go to 100+ ONLY [level floor]...

As of the last 2 weeks the players in PWI have started hitting harder and many have noticed it...

Just wanted to see if anyone knew anything for sure... dislike rumors... just like to get to the facts... appreciate all replies and TY...

PWI Level Token will go one sale... instantly making a character level 100... hence allowing you to log the game.
1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.
