problems wit learn crafting skills

Hello i have big problem, one of my character cant learn CRAFTING SKILLS ANY MORE :/
i have all at lvl 3, green bar is full but when im speaking with any elder the list is completly emty (black windows !!!) when i trying another character from the same account everything is ok, skills are visible, some dark (unable to lvl up) but r visible but my main character has some damn bug ! i tried many options and contacted support and nothing helped, is anyone on EARTH can help me ????????????????????? pls b:shocked

    The level 3 to level 4 crafting requires you to do a quest and make specific two-star items in the area of manufacturing you're focusing on.

    The elder usually has the quest, try looking for it ^^

    no, u didnt understand me, im saying - windows with crafting skils ARE EMPTY / BLACK when im asking elder to upgrade them, i know that i have crafting at lvl 5 and 6 at other characters but one of my char have black windows at elder damn it
