Trade not working?

I traded with my friend, we both accepted, traded some money yet I didn't get the money? He doesn't have it either. Has this happened to anyone else?

Please help me lol, 5 mil shouldnt just disappear...

    Anytime there is a need to check your account for records and other transactions, you will need to contact Customer Service. Issues like these are not necessarily in the realm of Technical Support.

    No, saftey lock wasn't a problem, the trade went through but the money just disappeared. Neither of us have it. Thank you Nana, I'll send a ticket.
