Demon/Sage Skill Pack

So one of my friends told me there's a npc in 1k streams that sells a pack of demon/sage skills for 50mil. Is this true or is there something similar? If not, what is the best way (cheapest) to get all of your demon/sage skills? Thank you! b:thanks

    The librarian will give you a book clip if you bring the right amount of advanced mystical pages. It's not all of the level 11 skills, but you can see which ones you'd get here (the ones that say "all" - also lists how many pages you need.)

    I posted a guide to all the books here:

    Find the skill book you want, see what type of pages you need to manufacture it, click through to the pwdatabase entry for that type of page, then click on the book(s) you wish to make. Scroll down and you'll see which NPCs let you manufacture the books.

    Still seeking feedback/corrections.
