Rank 8 sleeves and boots

Just curious, why can't the old classes have sleeves and boots with their rank 8? Everyone pays just as much to get the rep, but TB and EG have boots and sleeves as well.

That's really not right. :(

    For a steep price.

    It's 100 wedding candies for each piece. So...roughly 40 mil for both pieces. While the pieces have decent adds on it, it ain't worth it...at least not for me.

    Yea, in the end the boots and sleeves cost just as much as it did to get the original rep..

    they arent all that useful, wear your TT99 for the channel or interval bonus like everyone else.

    Its cheaper than HH99 boots and they suck even more than the R8 ones. I'm sure a lot of older classes would use 100 wedding candy and get it, if they had the option.

    If you're stacking crit or attack levels, this armor is way better than HH99. Not everyone cares about channeling or interval.

    Should be available for all classes but i'm guessing they dont care enough to implemented it.

    Click on the red link. Esco and I ran into that same quest and we were like "ooh!" but it turned out that when we clicked the red link under "required quests", the 100 wedding candies quest came up.

    What I personally would have liked to see was the rank 8 gear for all classes given an overhaul. My psychic has a sexy *** chest with shells on the ta-tas and my wiz gets...TT90 all over again. >.<

    If it wasnt for the rediculous cost, a lot of people would use them.

    Hell I still might get the boots for my Sin, cheaper than TT99 and I really dont give a **** about -int anymore.

    Old classes should get sparkly nice armor tho, its sad were stuck in TT90 and no sleeves / Boots :/

    So wonder why they have the regular way to get them, then wedding candies is the only in game way. Weird.
    By the way, the rank 8 thing will be for my mystic not for cleric. Not gonna have tt99 because that's all nirvanaed on my cleric. I just wanted the full rank 8 set for the sake of having it, and I like the look, lol.

    I prefer the rank 7 boots and wrists. Much better stats. Too bad they're not available.

    Actually pwdata base is totally right. The link you gave us is the orange quest, which you can access after completing the red quest http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/23022 See... indeed they ask you 100 wedding candies. The orange quest where you have to only pay 1 mil, you get it after you made the original investment of 20 mil. It's made to get another pair of boots/sleeves everyday, like for other pieces, if, lets say, you got 3 sockets and you wanna try for 4 sockets the next day.
    I actually have the boots on my Mystic, and I got lucky to get 4 sockets on the first try when I paid the candies, so didn't have to try again the next day.
    I didn't get the sleeves, cause there's no -chan on it, so I kept my T99 ^o^

    i have full r8 and i love them to no end cheaper and better than TT99, and i agree it is unfair that the old classes dont have r8 boots and sleeves sucks its unfair and one of the easyer things to change seeing as for the old classes r8 look like TT90 green but with better stats, really wish we all could have them but not many ppl even know r8 sleeves and boots exist even for TB and EG, i know of less than 10ppl in all of sanctuary that have more than the top and pants let alone the full set (full r8 sins look like a scorpion and as for us psy we look like the psy in the old loading screens) but the only real failing of r8 is that they dont have a set bonus which is probably because old class cant get full set, but still unfair and hope they change it some day soon

    How is Rank 8 wrists better than TT99 wrists? Okay, I can see Rank 8 being better on Seeker, Mystic, and Psy, but the Sin doesn't get -int.

    I suppose if I ever leveled my Seeker, I'd probably do Rank 8 full set. :p Same with Psy. I'm probably going to aim for TT99 full set on my Mystic, though... That'll be in... another year though. b:sad

    The "regular" way is to re-buy them. They can come as 2 soc lol.

    Nearest thing I can think of is its like getting your Chrono key, you do all those quests, then after you can just buy another for like 50k.

    im am a psy yes r8 beats TT99 for us any day of the week plus its cheaper so win across the bored for me
