i would never try that, especially not with randoms. maybe im too picky, but there are just some colours i just cant stand, and that i know wont sell on the AH even at giveaway prices. so what little dyeing i do is things like sleeves, shoes and the like, and even that is really hard. i haunt the AH for the dyes i want, watching for prices i can touch (which always clean out my pockets of every coin, in the process!), and when i find one, snag it, and stash it away in my bank, collecting them till i have enough for the job.

my hardest one was trying to dye feather sleeves a very pale grey, to match a wedding dress the same colour. the sleeves were originally green or something, and i found that all the dye did was kind of change it to a lighter green! it took about 3 tries to get it right. so that outfit remains my single most expensive one i have to date, unless i happen to get enough white dye to actually dye it all white.

so personally, i think you get better results by watching the AH for what you want, and dyeing the small parts to match.

Everything has its beginnings, but it doesn't start at one. It starts long before that... The world is born From zero. The moment zero becomes one is the moment the world springs to life. One becomes 2. 2 becomes 10. 10 becomes 100. taking it all back to one solves nothing. so long as zero remains... One.. Will eventually grow to 100 again.

Lol no i shouldent have cuz the clothes clearly states how manny dyes u need to dye .Its realy very simple .b:chuckle

And that i know that u could dye them as a set is becuz a friend told me it could be .And since the amount of dyes are clearly stated on the clothes ,why should it be any diferend .

Further more in the real world sets are mostly cheaper not more exspensive

First of all i dont like to gamble so i dont go to the casino .

Second i spended enough of real cash on this game .

I am a customer ,pwi sould try to make its customers happy but they necglect them a lot .

Im not rich i cant buy everything i see like some other people so when i feel ripped off its unjust.

Its also the lack of interest in other people of pwi .They dont alow to scam so they shouldent scam people either .

Im upset cuz of the unjustment its just not fair !!!

If it says 6 pigments it should be 6 pigments .

If i trade with u for example pink pigments and all of a sudden i give u red instead u say i dont want it but u already payed for it .

ANd i say be happy u got pigments ,so oke its not he color u bought but they are still pigments .

Srry but that not trading thats scamming .And that is unjustment and i wont stand for any unjustmnet and false sales any time in game or in real life.

If they exspect people to behave in a good way they should too .

That is not to much to ask at all .

I agree with u ye there is a lot of unjustment in the world so why dont u start helping instead of agreeing with them ,U have to make a stand somewhere or nothing wil change at all .

Not in here and not in the real world.

If i feel ripped of its a scam and they should fix it

The individual clothes does not say "dye amount XX for a set" it says "dye amount for item is XX" therefore they didnt scam you. Then never said the amount needed to dye the clothes was for a whole set. They only mention this at the seamstress so it is actually your fault for not looking.

Its like if I told you I can sell you 3 items of a set for $XXX amount. Then you tell me you want the whole set and I sell it to your for another amount. Would you get mad... if so then sorry your a bad business person.

I would tell you if you get the whole set you get more benefits and hence the extra cost.

Life is full of suprises. It is good that you came on here about it, but you should understand by now and learn from your mistakes.b:pleased

Heck I spent over $200 on those new perfect packs, or something like that, to get a herc or nix. I got nothing. I didnt complain to PWI stating that i never got a her/nix and I had surpassed the % of which I should have gotten it.

I slightly agree with the OP on one thing, there should be some info written on the pigments or the fashion item that in order to dye a full set you would need double the amount of pigments since on the fashion item itself it says how many pigments required to get it dyed. So I guessed PWI failed on giving sufficient information on dying clothes.
Idk >_> getting another 14 pigments isn't that hard just takes time, and please note that you cannot dye clothes with both trade-able and untrade-able pigments, all 28 pigments should be the same.

Question for the lulz: imagine getting puke green on full set XDDDD

    glad i could help!

i really lucked out on that silvery dress-in most lights it looks offwhite, even when i righd my white horse. and it was that colour when it came off the gold shop! but those sleeves were a major pain to get dyed right. im convinced that some items have to be dyed several times to cover up the original colour, because of what it took to get my sleeves to match the dress. in this case, it really is a matter of art imitating life!b:chuckle

Thats what other people incl. me trying to tell her, but she doesnt get it. it says amount of pigments per item. she can color it each tho. never said it the amount of SET so its not GMs fault that she didnt read the req. information at seamstress..so its obviously NOT a scam.

@ILubby seriously..i farm 15k DQ within 1 week on not x2 events. Other than this, why to add more text to an item if you know there is a set-coloration OPTION. She knew its there, she probably went there, she clicked on the option and obviously didnt read what it says.
If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh

    You're a fast grinder o.o I'm a lot slower lol geez I suck.
Yes but I was talking in general, not all people know that there is a whole set dye option. So it might be confusing at some point, adding a line that clears things up won't hurt.

I can grind 4k in a day on my Sin if I want.

    No medals so no point.

I think they should just take the 'set dye' option out. Maybe the OP should understand what it used to be like, when you would need to acquire 100 or more pigments to just get two pieces to be 'kinda sorta' close to each other, forget an entire set. >_> "ZOMG, it takes 24 pigments to dye 3 things to look identical!" Dye them one at a time, maybe you'll get lucky, and only need 12 pigments to get a matching set. Maybe you'll waste random pigment after random pigment, and end up with a rainbow wardrobe anyway after tons of random pigments.

I'm really slow in grindingb:sad But mweh, taking that option away would be really considered a rip off indeedb:shocked You'll be lucky if you somehow manage to match a full set with 100 dyes. *doesn't wanna imagine*

That's how it used to be. Had to hope and pray to get lucky with randoms, pray to get lucky on hot color packs, or flat out buy/trade for other colors... without being able to preview it.

OP, on the other hand, is acting like a spoiled brat and QQing because s/he failed to apply some common sense and logic beforehand.
