    here, let me make a LC alt, log on, check your servers mat prices one by one at lowest possible and highest and make an average cost for ya.

    or you could go look yourself.

    for somone with his head so far up his *** over a minor nameing convention that almost every bm understands (GX is just easier to type than calused lionheart hatchets) 3*/gold oht axes with zerk far outshine GX's at higher refines and even rank 8 spikes higher due to a massivly higher base and refine rate even w/o zerk

    GX's are overpriced **** used by bm's who didnt bother searching AH
    Gifs are hard to make work here

    Umm I think you misunderstood my request then. I know the meaning of GX. I know most of the old terms as CV, HH and I even been playing in the old FF. Would you know that Calams were called BloodMalefic Duo Axe before? Would you know that the actual name of GX is CougarLord IronHeart? No? Even if, who cares? I was asking the OP to use the term in order so that the new people can understand him as well. As those abbrevations are not used anymore. Edit: At least not in PWI.

    EVERYONE uses Gx. Everyone.

    Gx are good if you don't feel like getting R8. I would recommend them.

    Zerk = Pvp. Pvp = Drake Bash and/or Heavens Flame. No need to hit an extra 200 ish damage with Drake Bash when main damage is from fists.

    No need to put in another 20 mil into axes that gives you +77 p attack and 15 vit when **Djinn or ***Djinn zerks cost so much less but gets equal physical attack when equally refined with GX due to it being a higher grade weapon. Would you really pay so much more for 15 vit?

    You would really only use gx for TW/Mass pk but still no one likes charm/food/repair ****.

    EDIT: OMG you can't say r/\pe anymore lol

    If 20mil for a great weapon that you will use from level 90 onwards for a very long time is "overpriced" to you, then you must have 3* and **** molds for gears.

    considerign that i paid 850k for a set of +4 2* oht axes with + attack and zerk and then upgraded to +5 3* +5's for 3 mill

    Yes GX's have slightly better damage than the 2* for 25x the cost and par damage with the 3* for 7 times the cost

    Yup thats overpriced

    20mil for a peice of equipment that you're going to use for a VERY long time, how is that not worth it?

    Between my barb and my BM I've been using my Gx axes for over a year. Probably the best investment I've made.




    And that's only if you can find OHT axes with zerk. I dunno about your server but on RT they're pretty much nonexistant.

    <- older well established server, plus everyone just goes for GX's so rareity aside cheap axes are cheap

    I spent 5 mill on my bm's Swindlers used it for about 9 months? Now have a totaly useless bound necky. Bound gear is a straight loss whereas tradeable gear has a net cost of 0 in the long run as you can resell. So yes spending 20 mill to get a set of axes that can never be resold when its possible to get a set of similarly stated axes for say....1/2 the cost pre refined and shared is a smart investment >.>. If you cant find any alternative and are never ever planning to get rank 8/9/g 15 vana....you know what still not worth it. Just save up and wait.

    Yup, overpriced, unless the meaning of that word changed in the last 5 minutes.
