I bought a fair amount of UGC cards as I don't like entering my credit card details online, and the result?
I am Very Very disappointed at this, and yes I have seen the billing teams response to it,
As a paying customer I would like a response to this, elaborating on when it will be fixed and why is it a "known issue"

Hold onto your cards/payments for now. This is a known issue and we are working hard to get it resolved as fast as possible. Thank you for the notification!
P.S. We have not asked Playspan to restrict any countries at this time. This is an error.
