Why can't I purchase Zen?

I tried to purchase Zen with UGC and a screen popped up saying something about "no cash transactions from North America." What's up? And when will I be able to purchase my zen?

    Hold onto your cards/payments for now. This is a known issue and we are working hard to get it resolved as fast as possible. Thank you for the notification!

    P.S. We have not asked Playspan to restrict any countries at this time. This is an error.
