Refining aids tisha & tienkang

I just got 5 each of tisha stone and tienkang stone. the description says its a refining aid but i never refine my equipment, mostly because i don't know much about it. My question is, should i sell these stones and how much should i sell them for (I can't seem to find ppl selling them, so it means either its very useful for the user or its worthless and is sold to an npc) or should i keep them and learn lots about refining? thx for the replies ^^

    Not sure about the accuracy of those stats but from what i've read so far, dragon orbs insure 100% your chance of refining your equipment. They are found in the boutique for 30 silver. Just in case you don't already know.Thx for your reply tollingbell ^^
