I have recently recieved a Script of Fate and have been debating and am torn between 2 tomes. Book of Congratulations (Vit +20, Reduce Phys Damage by 3%) or A Heart Like Still Water (mag +20 and crit +1%) I am wondering about the vit tome only because I have the windcharger cape and also a warsoul of heaven helm.

    Best choice IMO is:

    The Voidlands

    Strength +9
    Dexterity +9
    Vitality +8
    Magic +9
    Critical Hit Rate +1%

    After getting it you can restat 9 points of strength to magic and you will get something like:

    Magic +18
    Dexterity +9
    Vitality +8
    Critical Hit Rate +1%

    and paired with a glorious robe torment that gives you +7 dex or TT99 boots that gives you +9 dex you will reach +20 dexterity and you will get an additional +1 Crit.
