I went to charge my zhen in the usual fashion and I came across this alert while attempting to use an Ultimate Game Card within Canada.

Perfect World Entertainment Restricted Country

We're sorry! Perfect World Entertainment has requested that payments not be accepted from Canada at this time.

We apologize for your inconvenience.

Can a GM please advise why this is happening all of a sudden. I've herd some pretty bad things about Playspan, however, the message indicates that this was due to PWI putting limitations on Canadians...

    I have the same problem as well, I have been trying to charge it for about an hour now and no luck. b:angry

    Hold onto your cards/payments for now. This is a known issue and we are working hard to get it resolved as fast as possible. Thank you for the notification!

    P.S. We have not asked Playspan to restrict any countries at this time. This is an error.

    Threaten the company that if they don't fix this ASAP you'll pull out of your contract, maybe then you'll see some results.

    We buy those cards for convenience and as a result you make money. If you don't make money and your customers are unhappy then something needs to be done.

    I'd give them and hour and call them back...repeat this until the problem is fixed.

    Thank you for the advice. We are currently working to resolve the issue and unfortunately, no amount of threatening phone calls can speed up the process. This type of thing is not normal at all so all we can do is ask for your patience while we do get the issue resolved.

    Thanks for your quick response to this issue, I understand this doesn't happy frequently but as I mentioned before Playspan doesn't have a good reputation in regards to this sort of thing.

    just an update to say UGC is still not working.
    hopeful it will be resolved soon.
