Zen problems.

Alright so i was told by a few friends about the netflix trial thing that gives you Zen etc etc, So i filled out all the required fields, Activated the email and so on, But nothing has happened, It didn't say i completed the offer or anything so i'm not sure if i will get the Zen or not, Which makes me pretty mad tbh lol, Anyone that has successfully completed the netflix trial thing and has gotten the Zen, Please reply and tell me what happened, Because i need to find out if i did anything wrong. Thank you.

    There actually were some threads about this some time ago, but I can't find them =(.

    Basically you should not be doing those surveys/offers. 90% of the time they won't work.

    For any questions about ZEN Offers, you must contact Tapjoy directly, as PWE doesn't have any records regarding offers completion.

    To contact Tapjoy:
    - Go to the offers page
    - Click the "Missing Zen" button at the top of the offer listing.
    - Click the "Contact Support" button on the relevant offer to bring up a pop-up window.
    - Read over the message it gives you and if you still have questions, fill out the form and Tapjoy will assist you.

    If the Missing ZEN button is missing for the offer you have a question about, then please wait an hour and check again. It takes a while for this link to become available.
