Archer:
Ruvil always manages to kill me even if I'm not even near
both skilled and well geared imo and has a way of always escaping even when odds are greatly against him xD
SuiRyuJin...knows what he's doing and also well geared. I've been on the opposite side of his old bow...hate to feel r9 >.<
Cleric:
aubster - always found her as a good cleric (cata cleric right? o-o;). She's quite versatile being defensive when she needs to survive but also has great offense. Don't think I've killed her in tw tbh lol
fenora - hard to kill and knows how to stay alive. old school ftw \o/
Mendolin - same as feny xD
Barb:
__Pako__ - well skilled and knows his class well...and his arma sucks...badly (nef vs lg tw days lol)
Psychic:
Kanjou - do i need to say why? >.<
Kerona - came a long way with her gear and skill. its nice watching someone grow up into a really good player and knows her skills
Assassin:
_I_Eat_Fish_ - I personally thought he was good. could never really gauge seeing as im probably the worse geared archer in tw << (1-2 shot anyway xD) but he was pretty cool.
Blademaster:
RRARRRRGGHHH: a lesser known name and non cashshopper but is extremely skilled in getting his job done. also uses the versatility of the pole (farstrike!!!!) \o/
CMeltdown: has really...really good timing with his stun cloud lol same story as above and knows how to get the job done and support
chrisn: only bm i know that can float around fisting people lol
Marcslegacy/Kevindane: when I see these guys I just kinda move out the way o-o...they hurt
Seeker:
not enough tws vs them yet but here goes
WispyWillow so far I think is the most skilled seeker I've seen

Dark_Freya knows what she's doing and has been here a long time to acquire here knowledge and gear.
necy: always fun on the field and helps me improve (thanks for the tips >.<)
AIlure: one of few known LA builds (seems LA is dwindling) knows how to get her job done. i dont think i see her die much tbh
Wizard:
blacknismoz - really skilled and knows his timing really well
this is all i can think of atm. i dont see too much cata-type killing action so i cant judge too much there lol will update as i remember some names (cough tonight xD)
as you can see, i kinda consider good to be constantly near perfect timing, finding ways to counter anything, being versatile, and success rates. although most have really good gear, the gear compliments their skill. not the other way around whereas gear dictates the player[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

. I will post my thought from when i was active (for those who dont know ive quitted game i mean...)
Blademaster: risingdragon - since when isn't he equipped with IGs and killing people with his damn hard aoes ? A real suicide bm !
Wizard: blacknismoz - when ive been squadding with him i never saw him dead. it was like "i wanna be like him xD"
Archer: Ruvil - best timing ever? and always timing everything so perfectly with genies + apoths and has a good freaking good survive ability.
Cleric: I dont know many clerics but when i squadded with fenora i finally saw how a clerics job is in TW. Very awesome squad-member in TWs!
Venomancer: This was a tough decision from me but i say Dark_Freya is the best veno in TW. Survives alot and knows what shes doing. Never dies etc.
(i was comparing with necy but since i dont squad with her and such in TW i dont know her more then shes very good in TW )
Barbarian: I will make this as 2 parts as best cata barb and attack barb.
Cata barb: Always my favourite barb in TW was ViniibaG but also tmmhmm. Stays alive alot and time their IGs + invokes and all protections really really good!
Attack barb: BigPunisher since hes always doing his suicide armas with risingdragon, also staying alive very good and pretty much ready for next arma when cd is gone.
Psychic: NastyMuffinz - I dont really squad with Psychics very much when i did TWs but when i was doing against Muffinz i was really impressed how good she timed her skills and stayed alive in ganks.
Assassin: i_eat_fish - He was just so ****ing good to stay alive and backstabb every person when i saw him spawn. Since he was lvl 102 really quickly he must've enjoyed TWs alot lol.
Seeker & Mystic - Never been in TW since expansion~0 -
Archers- rfskkirby-never fails to clean the way for cats to move forward.
Ruvil- very skilled and kills alot of people while barely dying.
suiryujin- very good and smart archer picks off so many people.
Cleric- Fenora-very good cat cleric (i think) very hard to kill and has quick responses to domain/pot.
Nathamod- goes ZOMG ballistic rapesauce all over people. Him and Airsonic clean house all day.
Barb- Rainyrice-How in the world do you kill this guy!?!?!? Probably the best cat barb in the entire server.
Crazymadmax- crazy as hell, runs in and doesn't die. Always manage to get into base and sit there and not die. IMO tied for second best cat barb in server with templar.
Templar-same as cmm except not as crazy.
Pako-sneaks in and armas everytime.
Psychic- Kanjou-hurts like hell, and constantly seals you when you try to kill em.
D-Fish- same as kanjou
Assassin-can't think of any atm since all are mostly super well geared and can own all in oneshot.
Blademaster- Marcslegacy/Kevindane/Chrisn- beefy tanks that run in and not die.
Airsonic-has perfectly timed hf's to kill groups and groups of people with Nathamod/GOOOB
Venomancer- Dark_Freya- one of the hardest people to kill. One of the smartest players, knows when to run and how to run, she probably dies like 10 times throughout a 3 hour tw.
Wizards- Blacknismoz- Most likely the main factor that keeps vindi barbs from getting into base. very skilled and knows what he is doing.
GOOOB- IS NOOOB, but same as when he plays nathamod, cleans the field easily.0 -
Why does nobody think of necy, AlIure or Yachiyru when it comes to venomancers... now those are pretty damn scary.
And special mention for cleric... Nuke_Cleric hands down : D. Give him R9 gear and he can probably pull cata : D... that guy is hella strong with his gear (Take a look if you haven't).

Depending what squad ppl are in and where they are they may not have experience with many players. Like my last TW i did not see necy or nuke at all, and i dont think i have ever seen aliure and i have def never seen Yachiyru that i recall. So peoples experiences will vary.

Mendolin-def one of 3 clerics ive looked up to and ive read her post (think it was on here) about cat clerics many times.
Bm-chrisn,airsonic-i laugh when i see them and think "here comes my death!) XD
TheDan-he is teh awesome
Wizard-Romansky- super tough wiz and has taken me out many times
nonamewiz,blacknismoz,minimus-all very good and loved to tw with mini and black lol they def made me work in tw they so crazy
veno- not a whole lot of experience with venos but i always enjoyed twing with scrog Evga
necy- has taken me down quite a bit
Barb- quite a few good barbs out there, i think trix is impressive and for opposing id say roid, another pain in my butt if i dont run fast enuff lol same with lbb
mystic and seeker-not much xp with at all but watching cacie in tw was impressive0 -

Cleric - dovienya.. he's always been my idol =D ohh and teeni.. his teamwork with ryamika was just remarkable hands down the best duo this server ever had..
archer - ryamika.. 90% of the time i die on tws are coz of him
Venomancer - Yachiryu ask the old regicides im sure they all know why
Barbarian - AirFogi... hahaha my biased decision but with his gears he did take out a few of the best geared people on tws with his arma!
Blademaster - Sinangel, only he can coordinate tw, fight in tw, trashtalk in common chat all at the same time each and every week.
Wizard - ghostring.. i can't explain how powerful he is. i myself being an arcane user is scared of getting hit by magic attacks. i always read in faction chat too that our catabarbs used to say "damn gr just hit me 50k" numerous times0 -

Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock ...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE.0 -

You guys need to start naming some of the older people, the ones that didn't get good with equipment but rather with skill...
Maybe we should take into consideration what people did with the gear they had and not what the gear made people into. Sure they are amazing with R9, but what about when they didn't have R9?
Rainyrice is a good example... that dude doesn't have the best gears, but hell he's like impossible to kill. Ghostring in the old days, that dude was a beast.0 -
My TW picks
Barbarian - rainyrice - Best cata barb on the server without a doubt. Times his pots and skills perfectly and stays alive for insane amounts of time. A real force to be reconned with.
Venomancer - xocassieox - Knows how to play veno extremely well and knows all her skills, when to purge, amp, and assist/kill when needed.
Blademaster - MacFive - May not have best gears, but knows how to do his job extremely well in TW. Is a stunning beast and protects his squad and others well.
Wizard - Blacknismoz - Had to give this one to nismoz though Ghostring was a close second. Even before he got uber gears, nismoz was rocking everyone with the amount of skill he had on his wiz.
Archer - Linnkotsu - Also a close second was Hispazn, both know how to play an archer epically and are great assets to any team fight.
Cleric - Acacia_ - Never before have I seen a cata/support cleric as good as her. Knows how to use all her skills, keep catas alive, and at the same time is able to soak dmg from the best of DDs and live through it.
Assassin - N/A - as stated in previous PK posts, it doesn't exactly take much skill to stealth, kill someone, then stealth back out. In this sense, anyone can be a good sin in TW.
Psychic - PinkyMe - Much like MacFive, may not have the best gears int he world, but knows how to play the class damn well. Is awesome at taking down catas and any other melees that get in her way and her spells hurt like hell.
Seeker - N/A - As I haven't really seen much seekers in TW and am unable to vote myself in this post, I'll leave this one blank. Though I'll admit it is fun being able to drop entire squads with one good timed Gemini Slash

Sorry for letting everyone else out of it I know there are ppl more SKILLED that the ones mentioned above. I tried to make the most unbiased decition with the names that came to my head right off the bat.
And yes Justin Wyber I hate r9 on cleric but I wouldn't mind if you gift it to that beast called Shavaska so I can erase nismoz name off that list. b:cry0 -

i would like to add corennes and elfron to the wizard category x) i never had to fight them and only got to fight elfron recently- but back in the day... everyone hated to meet those 2 in a nefarious tw.
and i will +1 sinangel for bm from nathamod xDDD but only because he was one of the only bms that would actually do his job for a cata squad... the other stuff was just a bonus b:chuckle, dan also did his job well and fogi on airsonic does a great job with offensive bm..
for cleric i would say dovi and ronpott as the people who were there for me and taught me the most but as for my partner, i will add divine to the cleric list i loved working with her, awesome cleric even without the gear- then with clerics other than my goals xD there is nukey and nathamod who are just metal mages
i will add linchen to the veno category even though most would disagree... but back in the day, HA venos made you go WTF?(still do i guess
) and he actually pulled it off well
archers... i am biased hehehe my husband StormDragoon b:avoid but i remember getting killed more by nixes than archers back in the day

BM: TheDan, is actually one of the BM's that actually really know what a cata BM is supposed to do. Basicly the best stun and run BM I know...
Wizard: blacknismoz without a doubt... I rather run with my tail between my legs everytime I see his name pop up >_<
Cleric: honestly I have no idea cause I never pay attention to that class at the opposing factions... I'm sowwy >_<
Archer: Lust without a doubt... With the gear he has I have a great respect for his playing style, he knows where to pick his battles and retreat when needed!
Venomancer: Dark_Freya... She's scary...
Barb: rainyrice... always been 1 of the best cata pullers in the server
Psychics: Kanjou is actually the only name that pops up in my head O.o
sins: Firezsin or however u spell his name :P I hear my clerics complain about this dude to much :P
Not gonna talk about the new classes yet, not enough mystics or seekers playing TW yet tbh

Wizard: U_Sasuke, give this dude some rank9 and noone in the server is save anymore... you gotta be honest he's probably one of the best skilled wizards in the server even tho he has a big mouth...
Cleric: Nuke_Cleric, you can probably let this dude do whatever TW job there is for a cleric and he could pull it of... Really skilled player
Archer: Ruvil, best combination gear + skill... he's basicly a walking PWI encyclopedia...
Venomancer: necy... with her perfect english spelling she stuns everyone and kills them with 1 nova...
Barbarians: after considering this for a very long time I guess I'll have to say RoidAbuse, pulls a cat, arma's and even survives this... O.o

I must say, yes, anyone with rank 9 would be best, but not sure what thats saying anymore.
And PWI was always about uber gear. If anything, rank 9 just brought uber gear to the masses. Before that, it was $10,000 in packs to get nirvana recast.
Just my 2 cents, but I must ask: what faction Blacknizmoz in? I've never seen him in tw and while I haven't been in as many as some, ive been in a few. He spend most of the time in his own base defending?0 -

Unexpected maintance and can't sleep, forums not my thing but eh, why not, not like i got a life or smth; I don't know about best but I will list my favorites, I've been pking with 2 factions only Damphyrs and Regicide, some names might be familiar some less familiar but, really, as if anyone even reads this carefully enough without looking for his.her own name
Wiz: nonameWiz ofc, I get horny only knowing im put in the same squad as him, beast wizard, and ofc my buddy SchorchedSky Also not so 'famous' but ****** insane wizards on a 'lower lvl' SephornX and Koraner 
BMs: Tamy, beside being one of the fav person in this game for more than 2 years I'd say also my favorite TW bm along with her hubby WhiteShot, both very good motivators, and a true pleasure to work along with
Barbs: lol Krull - period, tho, being in cata skills squads 90% of the time CrazyMadMax is pretty hard to catch and dd, feels like dude got fire ants up his *** making him be all over the place
Venos: My favorite squadie Crimslet Assisst attack and abuse the purge kind of a **** as I am it works awesome as she is a suicide purger

Archers: Bastey, simply cause he helped me a lot and i love shadowing him in tws lol, also Pyroo from our epic 3 min tws against nef 1-2 years ago, some 3 mins are worth getting up 5am in the morning but those 3, def were not

Sin: All female one with nice *****
