Problem with buyinh zen

Hello. I have a little problem with buying ZEN. I am from Poland and i want buy Zen using my Bank account. It is polish bank, but when i want do it i don't have acces to options to use my bank. My friend also from Poland can do it, he have option like that. So i have question why i can't use bank account option to buy ZEN and what i have to change to fix it... thx i hope you will respond soon.

    hey HallasTe,

    check to make sure you and your friend are in the same region; different regions have different payment options available to them. your region should display above your payment options on the right hand side on the billing page.

    if your region is being displayed incorrectly, try refreshing your IP address and connecting to the billing page again.

    Me and my friend have same IP we live in same room in dorm, in fact we made our accounts with others IP's. So i can try refresh my IP but how i can do it?
