Game Crashes everytime i leave it online

well this is happening everyday...i leave the game online and go to bed..i wake up with a ReportBugs window saying that "unexpected Software error occured. pleas submit error report . Thank you"

now the problem with that is i can't write my Role name cuz it wont take the characters right even if i copy paste it...any1 knows what is this all about..its happening everyday after the genesis update

    Getting same problem in Heaven's tear about leaving it on...now it's worse...I log in get past the idiot midgets at the campfire, log in, pw - pick my character...then poof...Bug report right before I log in

    I've had this problem before. A customized resolution was causing bug reports after character selection. I set it to a Windowed Resolution of 1024x768 (anything smaller than your desktop).

    Start launcher. Click Graphics Button. Set Resolution to a standard setting (1024x768).

    Be sure you are using the latest version of Direct X for your computer system and that your graphics card drivers are fully up to date.

    If the issue still persist, go ahead and submit your dxdiag in a ticket to Tech Support.
