Just got this from head hunter. What is it about? The reward has the same name as the mat, but different icon.

    I saw this too and people on HT are wcing about it quite a bit asking where the city is and for a squad.

    While I have sadly never been to the event I'm pretty sure you end up in 1 of 4 rooms randomly and get in at the Adventure assistant for 100k from 8:30-9:00 pacific time until the instance is full up.

    You kill mobs and/or bosses for drops (astral orbs) which you turn in at an npc for goodies after event I think. The ring I never saw the big deal about it, but I'd love all those old book pages you can make b:dirty

    As for the new quest at the head hunter I didn't take it because I wouldn't have a clue what to do in the event and spending 100k to find out has not yet gotten on my to do list v_v

    Cool that everyone has found it when it was mentioned no where in update info lol

    Nope, it's not.

    I took it on my sin just to see what the hell it was, all it did was take a few astral orbs and gave a verdant jade/some exp when i completed it. Using the jade got me a training esoterica, that can't be traded or put in account stash. Would not do again.

    i'm thinking then it must be an alternative to CoA for people who can't compete with 5aps'ers? Seems it happened at the same time as CoA.

    No, you have to go into CoA for it, and get some astral orbs from a boss. I honestly don't know what the point of it is.

    Lol the jade doesn't tell you what to do with it so I was just holding on to it. Got a fail fantasy fruit out of it. 5k exp lol probably the worst you can get out of it.
