Elder's Blessing is Gone for Good?

I tried making an Archer today, and noticed I never got the Elder's Blessing. So I tried a Cleric and a Seeker too, leveled both to lvl 3, same result, no Elder's Blessing.

Was is quietly disabled? Was there a post about it? I couldn't find anything, even in the patch notes.

GM's, please post if there's any definitive word on this?
And I will strike down on thee with great vengeance and furious anger...the life you thought you led is gone, and your catshop is on an island surrounded by dinosaurs.

    I just asked a few ppl online (in-game) too, they said same thing, no blessing.
    And I will strike down on thee with great vengeance and furious anger...the life you thought you led is gone, and your catshop is on an island surrounded by dinosaurs.

    probably get fixed next update - seems to have been a few quality control issues this time around - e.g funky preset available for barb. would be strange to add this function (a version of which is pretty much available in most of the new PW games - FW for example) and then remove it a month or so later.

    oh man that sux.... i made a mystic just yesteday before the update and it was there.

    If it is not there anymore my cleric will have poor stats except her weapon. everything else i had on was the elder's blessings. b:sad

    characters that were wearing elder's blessing gear before the update are still wearing it, with the timers still ticking away. it's just that characters created since the update don't appear to be getting it.

    which is fine by me, that gear is stupidly OP anyways. stick with the good oldfashioned quest rewards and stuff, no point even playing the early levels if you're gonna be near invulnerable most of the way up to 30.

    So if i only have 1 gear will i no longer get the rest or will i get the rest since it started already?

    probably wont get any more til they fix it.



    Oh well, like LenieClarke said, it's way OP anyways, and as a side bonus it also kills the market for lvl 1 - lvl 5 gear. (except for helmets, rings, and necklaces)

    So today i made a sin to see how it was but i realized that the starter box with gear in it was not by my name. Is there a way i can get it or is it only a once per account you can use such thing.

    I talked to frankie about this earlier, and he said it should still be active. If it isn't working for you, I suggest you submit a ticket, asking why it isn't working.

    Merging a similar thread now...and hoping that they get this fixed.b:mischievous

    Noob here... but how do i send in a ticket :( i got to step 3 where u search for a problem but i cant find the right section.

    Just continue to choose the option that basically says your specific problem isn't listed, and it will eventually take you to the ticket page. Only send in one ticket, as sending in repeated tickets about the same issue will only move your ticket further back in the queue.

    i guess if you had the 1st gear then you will continue to get the rest.

    I havent tried a new character since the new update so not sure then.

    I agree with posters commenting on the overpoweredness of it. Part of the fun of levelling a new character comes in hoping that decent gear drops from mobs (for me anyway :P ) Now it's just; "Oh, another bit of trash to NPC" b:sad

    Not gone for good, but it did disappear in this patch for reasons unknown.. It will, however, be back next week, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Also, please note that it is not a permanent addition, it's actually scheduled to run until June 19th.

    I logged back into my Mystic at level 20. my other characters got the Elders Blessing but this character did not. I thought maybe i have to wait until level 21 but still no Elder's Blessing.

    Sounds like it is disabled hope they get it fixed before i have to confront Farng.
