@Bladerunner, are you sure about the level brackets?
According to the people.com.cn it's only four brackets:
30-44
45-59
60-74
75-84

Four level brackets and four instances.
Looks like it's FC for lower levels.. I guess the GMs missed the few hundred threads about world PvP dieing/grind spots pvp/etc. when FC was introduced so the decided to kick it up a notch.
When the community complained about lack of endgame I'm pretty sure it didn't mean we need more instances for our alts, ijs.0 -

tasks are prepared for 85+... but they are still in chinese while <85 are in english

But that opens up a new can of worms...30-84 right? FC limit is 85+. So maybe they are putting a definitive cap on FC?

I would laugh if :
- This isn't what they planned this week

I laugh because these dev's are so noobish, they can't keep their code from being cracked. Or just stop releasing the patches early available for pre-download.

Phoenix Valley from china version, explained to be an EXP map, lvl caps must be follow in order to obtained the highest possible EXP gain. If the wrong lvl team is made and go in, all monsters will dissapear and map remain empty. Those are the little information i have obtain reading those tiny writings on the link page.0

more concerning is the removal of a source of income. however getting powerleveled is probably still easier than whatever else they can come up with[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
devs might be making this instance to push people away from alt fcc runs. maybe putting a cap on the door similar to heaven and hell. ijs that maybe they are locking the doors to fcc for lower levels and made this so there would be less ragequit
also i wanna know, i just noticed my avatar says its lv 30 for here. is this true for anyone else? in reality hes lv 100....0 -
i cant patch can somone help me?
when i try to do it normally it fails and if i use the manual patcher it says the files are corrupt
and my os is windows 70 -
