As you can see HERE my purchase history is pretty dead in the last 12months...

But now i decided to purchase some gold since from my birthday i got some money and id like to spend em here without feeling guilty for wasting work money

I decided to buy enough reputation to become a r8 barb, i also have to buy a reset note cuz i havent 300str (this wasnt my goal, but now is very affordable b:laugh)

With the spare money id like to get as many sunshine packs as i can before the discount wears off

So i went to the ZEN page and THIS is what it showed...

Cant grasp what im saying ?


In the picture it tells that i HAVE REACHED MY DAILY SPENDING LIMIT for every purchse method, but as ive shown before im not charging zen since 12 months.


Im gonna send in a ticket, but it might took to much time to get read and the sale probably will end before.


Id like a clarification on this issue because it is very strange, and id like to know why they think i reached the spending limit when in not charging since a year b:question


As any of you encountered similar issues ? And if so, how did you manage to fix it ?




Another thing id like to add, please dont move this thread to cash shop huddle because ive read some post there and its dead sub-forum.

    The limit used to be like $100 a day, I think it's $200 a day now. How much did you buy?

    This, and new spenders are especially watched. You just send them an email verifying it's you, since on some MMOs there is a lot of credit card fraud. A mild inconvenience to stop crime.

    Im not charging zen since the dawn of time, its impossible that i have reached the maximum spending...

    LOL chill a bit Goh =P I see you haven't purchased in the last 12 months. But there is a daily limit. Did you purchase gold and have hit the daily limit? Or Is it that you are not able to purchase gold at all? (For that you'll need to submit a ticket.)

    You might also want to try clearing your internet cache or using compatibility mode for the site. Seems silly, but PW's sites have quit working correctly over less. if not that, try another browser like chrome or Firefox. IE9 is kinda new.

    If all else fails, make a second account and try buying it there.

    In the future, it's best to send in an email to billing@perfectworldinc.com or via the ticketing system if you have any questions about your spending. That way you can keep your information private and keep from having too much back and forth.

    Otherwise, we do our best to keep up with the CS Huddle, checking it pretty often ;)
