Heya all~!

yeah, it's me, that who posted a thread and then gone rage when our very-loved GM, frankieraye, made a joke about it :3 [Making my thread being closed]

Again, i know no-one-cares but...

I'm still banned T.T. It's something that PWE support would take him 5 minutes to fix, and with 1 week they still haven't. [i sent 1 ticket, which i got an useless reply, and then 1 e-mail, which i'm still waiting answer].

Oh, you can't find any support member on live chat either, not even on the 10am-(19pm?) range, so useless.

Oh, here's my advice, so you don't have to live it again:
It looks like Paypal randomly blocks payments to PWE, thinking your paypal account got ****, resulting in holding the payment to PWE, and PWE automatically bans the account that did the payment.

So one of these, whichever you want:
1. Don't use Paypal to buy in PWE
2. Don't spend gold
3. Buy the gold in one account that's not ur main, so if it gets banned, you can still play with your main.

I got really upset... this thing screwed my 2x drop plans, i was in the top of my faction on contribution [i was autochallenging myself to stay on the first page] (and now i wont... ~3000 points lost].

I really hope this threads helps you to don't have the same troubles as me <3

PD: And this is not reopen the same discussion as before... take this thread as a guide of how to buy via Paypal, or a warning [of course, not oficial from PWE] of not to use Paypal to pay.

    send another ticket or pick up the telefono and llame the company

    it takes about an average 1 week or more before they respond to tickets.
