Problem with ZEN purchasing

HI there, i just charged some zen, and since its my first time i have to wait for the confirmation mail. The problem is that the mail isnt arrived. Its not in inbox nor in the spam folder...

Id like to have my zen before the sunshine packs discount goes off. Can i have some1 to help me to get that mail to confirm the actual payment ? tyvm


Another thing, i had already charged ZEN on another char i used to play long time ago with and it went fine. One thing that **** the ** off me is that when i payed i used dollar currency (im from europe) but this time i had to pay in Euros and the transation wasnt fair...

You lame scammers, if I pay 50 dollars you should charge ME 33 euros more or less

im paying 45 euros now which are like 66 dollars

    Hmm if you payed via PayPal, you dont get any confirmation mail unless you did it first time with that account. Other then this check your spam folder.
    If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh

    The exchange rate of the currency into american dollers, is set by the billing company you choose to use, it has nothing todo with PWI. Maybe you should go out to your local computer game shop, or a shop like that and see if you can pickup some prepaid cards.

    2nd: I payed via paypal and i didnt recieved any confirmation e-mail even if it was my 1st payment, and this is nuts -.-


    3rd: The exchange rate has something to do with PWI because i used the same method i always used to buy stuff with a dollar price. I remember well that when i chrged ZEN the 1st time and it clearly shows 50$ and not 45euros.

    So this has something to do with theyr greedy asses...

    btw i have payed already and was aware of the currency (i also tried to make a fake name-adress to show myself as US person but i guess they go by IP) bu my problem is that i havent got any e-mail.

    And no, i checked the spam folder but i hadnt recieve anything from PWE

    lol, PWI set a price for there product. Paypal have set the exchange rate. It says it when you purchase if your wernt happy with it, why did you buy it. And paypal use there own exchange rate, not the acutural bank set exchange rate.

    I have the same problem, normally I get my zen instantly but now it says its under approvalb:shutup

    Happened to me too (as far as the waiting for approval). Kinda made me PO'd but i went to the store and when I returned, the zen was in my wallet.
    I did check my email for the confirmation email they said was sent, I did get an email. Are you sure you are using the right email address?
    It was a lil weird cuz I have charged zen on the account that happened to before, but I guess after so many months of disuse, you have to confirm it again.

    I checked every email i could possibly have but i havent got any mail.

    Btw, this payment got cancelled cuz it took to much time to confirm (from what i read in "where is my zen" page) and im sure it was that because i have money in my card and i got the email notification from paypal for the succesfull payment.


    Now i got refunded and i tried another purchase, but is the same story. No validation email set to any of my emalis...


    I already sent a ticket but you know their timing...if this isnt going right, tomorrow ill create a new account, level a friking character to level 10 and try again...but that would be lame guys
