im mainly posting this to see if anyone from Aussie that uses the ISP TPG to play PWI

Reason why ?

Im having connection issues (ive submitting a ticket)(ive even contacted my ISP)
i can connect > log in> maybe play a little > Problems start

this started after Maint, ive tried another connection and didnt have the same issues

I have found other people that have the same problems as me, the Difference is its with Wow & TPG, and guess when the problem started ? 4pm Wednesday (around the same time as PWI servers go offline)

So if your with TPG can you please comment

    I'm with TPG and also in sydney.
    and got a same problem atm.
    what should I do?

    Help me plz.

    I can connect and stay online a few sec.
    then no respond from sever but my char still online and I can walk around.
    ppl can see me but nothing respond when I click.
    pm to ppl work but can't see when ppl pm back.
    after 5-10 min disconnect from sever.

    I'm already post my problem in this forum, but not any tech support answer me.

    You may also want to try powering down your computer system and network hardware. Sometimes the break can do wonders for your connection.

    If the issues still persist, I would suggesting running a traceroute from your computer to our servers. Submit the traceroute along with your system's dxdiag in a ticket to Tech Support.

    I did everything but not work.
    Alredy add port no. for the sever to my modem.
    and try to change my IP.
    It doesn't work.

    PS. After I show this resolution to my tech support.
    And he test over Internet for me with same client to sever.
    He said it not about tpg. It about poor connection btw
    Twtelecom company with the sever, and I can't do anything.
    Plz help me to fix this thing out.

    Hey, I am in Brisbane and i'm experiencing the same issue with connecting to Perfect World Heaven's Tear. My internet access seems to be fine while connecting to other games; however, it just seems that I cannot connect to Heaven's Tear, or when I do, It freezes shortly after like i'm not receiving any information. I managed to get the last update, and it seemed to work fine for about 2 hours. Then around 10pm (Brisbane Time) the game just kept disconnecting, freezing, or not allowing me to open trade with NPC/Players. Is this some major Australian issue connecting to Heaven's Tear?

    Today, i did change my new modem. My technician said that, It not gonna work.
    That's true, It out of my hand now.
    Coz of when signal hop out from TPG to another gateway.
    And that company hav poor connection with a sever, but TPG fine with me everything perfect.
    now, I'm waiting for answer from my ticket. So I can't online now.

    check this out. ppl still can see me but I see nothing even NPC.
    You can see in wc after press skill "Invalid target"
    after I press any skill my friend can see me use it, but nothing in my screen.

    Still waiting for someone help me !?!?
