So PW class-locked the seekers and mystics from using fist/claw/bows like the other classes. This seems odd to me. So here's a thought i had if they either want to crack down on aps or are just looking for other ways to make money. Make claws(not fists) class locked to BM's. This both creates a crackdown on 5 aps because tons of aps users have deicides or similar, while still letting them achieve it by using fists, gorenox vanity's and striking dragons. Not sure this would work as overnight gorenox and deicides would swap places potentially destabilizing the pwi economy, but like i said it's a crazy idea!
Just to be clear not trying to troll, but if i had the idea who says the devs that gave us a pee colored horse wouldn't? And if they don't care about aps, why not allow the new classes to have it, wouldn't that make them more money?

this wouldnt fix anything because tt 100 fists are still easy enough to make compared to the rest of the tt 100 weapons. so everyone could still be 5.0[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Dang, i failed to be original b:cry, but that wasn't my only question, has anyone puzzled out why the new classes aren't aps friendly? And just because the ideas been around awhile who says they won't do it? tick, tock there's a strange little clock
Oh and an original idea.... maybe change all chars who use 5 aps fists/gear to BM's whether they want it or not? I'm sure they could figure out who uses aps if they tried. That still may not be original, but its all i can think of right now without straining the gray matter, also i'd love to here your ideas on how to fix things that may or may not be broken based on your point of view b:thanks0 -
All that would do would cause the last surviving archers and barbs in nirvana to reroll sins and BMs respectively. The game is already over-populated with those.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Hmm.. i think Asterelle's idea is more original then mine... genocide to ease the overpopulation. Make all BM's into Seekers/Barbs and Sin's into Archer/Wizzy's. 5 aps is no more without fists or daggers in the game b:victory. unfortunately this idea may be too extreme to make it past the playerbase... hmm... i fail again b:surrender0

Bump the level cap up by 20, make all new endgame mobs bosses and mobs with Huge Hp and massively phys resistant. this would kill barbs all together, but archer, seeker and all magic classes could thrive. And still no one answers the new classes not 5 aps friendly question? would they have been more overpowered then the other aps classes now? or have all the complaints reached the devs ears?

I was going for an original idea as Feynira seemed very displeased with my first attempt(look up you'll notice it made me cry)..., but i never said they would be good ideas!!! If you don't like them, please tweak my thoughts all you want or add your own ideas. As well as any thoughts on the new classes not getting aps options.0

Highly doubtful that aps are going to be taken away. So many players today rely on it now, unless theres something better than aps out there which I highly doubt. Let's face it, THE GAME IS ****ED0

There are multiple of reasons for locking weps for the earthguard. The best I can think of is that the devs think that they won't be used to their true potential. For example, 100 barbs, some aren't even using axes and hammers anymore, there are some that have reverted to using aps weps. Maybe some think that its a reassuring thought that if every class reverts to aps, there are some (the earthguard) that'll stick with improving their true weapon role. Not saying I'm completely true, just stating an opinion on the matter. I could be wrong, I don't really know how the perfect world team thinks.0

A fair and well thought answer. i don't know that i would agree with it, but it does seem odd that they would bother locking the last 2 races, since it might cost them some extra coin. I would be surprised if the answer were that simple, but it could be.0
