I can't see my new wings and can't fly

Hi guys i don't know what i've done wrong but i purchased a pair of dreamchaser wings, but after i equipped it, it doesn't show on my character? and also i can't fly!. i've done the quest for lvl 30 flyer - went to elder in auchoasaru and also visited priest konchi

    press e and drag the stick figure with wings to your panel. then select it, you fly :D
