INI Editing Rule Change

As the other thread has been moved to the suggestion box and it seems to have lost its momentum, I decided to put it in the general discussion again. Many have expressed their want for a rule change for INI editing because it isn't consistently enforced. Some have been reported and banned, where others have been reported and nothing has been done to them. This is unfair and should be changed. so _blood_rain came up with a set of rules that the majority has agree'd too. (the original thread can be found here.)

1. We want to be able to put any race's hairstyles, such as that of EG's and TB's, onto any other classes/races.

2. We want to be able to modify our eye textures.

3. We want to be able to freely modify our skin, eye, eyebrow, lip, and eye makeup colors using any dimensions of the colors given on the full spectrum.

4. In accordance with the common idea, body size INI edits would not be allowed as they have the potential to be abusive.

As this is not the only time it has been asked for a change, it has also been asked by Kyna to have a graphics update on the older classes as the newer classes are more graphically appealing then Elves, Untamed, and Humans.

And so we obviously need a GM to tell us what they think, and if they have asked the Devs about it.

I don't want to be flamed about this, but to have a serious discussion about this. It might not be as important as fixing rubberbanding but all we ask for is a slight rule change, we came up with some rules. Like them? Hate them? Say what you think about the rules we came up with, what should be tweaked about them etc.
