aileron kite about to 'expire' - how to get another one?

as an earthguard mystic, was given a flying kite as part of a quest. But it has a timer on it and that's about to expire..

addicted now.. i went to archosaur and talked to the aerocraft vendors but they arent selling me any?

    level up to 30. then you'll be given a quest to get a free one, which is also permanent.

    the timed one in the stash is an incentive to push people into leveling faster.
