24 hours and not a single GM?

Sorry about this Q.Q thread.
But there's some urgent issue that i need to talk a GM about since yesterday.
-> I submited 1 ticket, no repply by now
-> I tried live chat more than 15~20 times, it allways says: "Our apologies, there are currently no..."
-> I tried in-game WC and GM button even more times: No repply by no one
b:shockedGMs are gone!, where did they go?b:shocked
Don't ask me patience since, as i said, it's something urgent [relating a ban i can't discuss here].

The GMs are all sleeping, because it's after 11pm where they are. If you have submitted a ticket, wait a couple days, because they have quite a few tickets to sort through. In the meantime, try the live chat between 10am and 5pm PDT, since that is the time you are most likely going to catch somebody.

I'm not expecting them now,
but from 10 am to 5 pm PDT it was 7pm to 2am here, and thats when my live chat spam went [well, from 7pm to 8pm [pause to have dinner] and from 9pm to 1am]

There is a reason patience is a virtue. Because when you require patience, there really isn't much else you can do besides being patient.
So, yes be patient. You must allow for 3-5 business days for a ticket to be officially answered (and if that goes by you don't have much choice anyways). Unfortunately, they will not respond any quicker because you want them to. Like Kritty said, just try during the normal hours for live chat and don't just "spam" them. Open one up and wait patiently for them to get to you. Don't close it and start a new one, just wait. Every time you close it, your new one gets put at the back of the line anyways. As for in-game, I have not seen or heard of a GM in game since that TT I had a long time ago when just after the GM came in I suddenly fell through the floor and was below it by about 60 height.
Anyways, I hope your issues work out, but be patient. While it is urgent to you, they have other matters they consider to be more important.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

How can a GM help or consultation if you don't have a main character/aren't even posting here in the forum with your main character that you play the game with/that had the problem? b:bye

And by SPAM i didn't meant ticket. i only opened 1 ticket ~30 hours ago.

Having been a GM for other games before, I applied to GM here. Unfortunately, unless you live in Cali and can attend meetings at the office, they won't hire you. I live in Michigan, but would be more than happy to work odd hours to be able to provide GM support around the clock.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Yes, today afternoon i got a reply to the ticket, telling me to do something i did by my own yesterday and to reply that ticket.
now, how can i reply that ticket if i can't access it*? I even said that on the same ticket. Copy & Paste the same text over and over huh?
What did i do now? just send an email to customer support making the reply: "i did all this stuff by my own, it's your turn"
And yeah, now wait at LEAST 24 more hours.
Know what? yeah, i'm going to say why i did got banned, so ppl can understand why i'm so pissed off. I know no-one-cares, but i just can't hold it.
I payed 50$ via Paypal, transfered to server, used it and got banned. Paypal seems to have cancelled the payment bc he thinks my paypal account got **** by someone. I fix it. Try to login -> i'm still banned. Open a ticket -> Wait... lemme see.... 40 hours and see that they tell me I have to fix it, when, as i said it was alredy fixed [and i even said that on the ticket]
So? i go pay 50$ to PWE for what? to get banned for at LEAST 3-4 days? you kidding?
Now, this IS a complain about the support system being so slow. No one is on live chat, not even in the 10am-5pm range. I tried hundreds of times, and allways get theOur apologies, currently no agents were available to answer your chat request. Please contact us again during our hours of operation or feel free to send us a ticket.
And the ticketing system looks more like an automated system. if in the text there's "ban" or "banned", "Paypal" and "Cancelled", copy-paste the whole text, ignoring any additional information.
Next time i will think more than a few minutes before paying to this company

Seems to me that your issue is with Paypal... Sounds like PWE is telling you to fix your Paypal problem and they'll unban you.
As far as PWE is concerned, you bought gold, spent it, then cancelled the payment.... and you wonder why they won't let you continue playing?0 -

As far as they're concerned, you stole $40 from them. Now you want them to move quickly because you say it was all an innocent mistake?
You may have already corrected the problem with PayPal, but...
1. PayPal may not have transferred the funds to PWE yet,
2. If they have, PWE Billing may not yet have notified the Customer Service folks, and
2. If you shoplift from a store and get caught, the fact that you eventually paid for the item does NOT mean that you will be allowed back into the store.

I'm sorry, but since discussion about banned accounts isn't allowed on the forums, I have to close this topic. However, I highly suggest you contact the live chat team during these hoursLive Chat is only available during our business hours running from Monday through Friday from 10:30AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 to 6PM.
and remember to file a ticket under the appropriate category, in which your case would be ban appeal or even billing. Being as informative as possible in your ticket, as well as keeping it coherent, will help the team help you and will resolve the issue faster. As for the time it takes to reply to tickets, please keep in mind there is a cue of tickets the team handles on a daily basis, and so patience is key to the process.
