Wraithgate Trophy Mode

Hey Heaven's Tear server people :)

I'm looking at getting a squad together to run Wraithgate Trophy Mode till we get 8 Gold medals.

The classes I am looking at getting are as follows:

1 x Level 80 Barbarian(12k+)
1 x Level 80 Cleric
1 x Level 80 Archer
1 x Level 80 Sin(my sin)

2 x Level 100 4-5aps Blademasters

Here is a mini guide I found on the forums about Wraithgate Trophy Mode.
Here is a video of a squad on Sanctuary doing a run of it.

If you are interested in doing this, please leave your IGN/class/level in this thread. Also your timezone might be a good idea, since people tend to play from all over the world and getting the squad together might be a problem.

    I know it's disappointing but I think you'll have an easier time just saving up for a Wing Trophy Lunar Glade at this point. You're welcome to try your luck in WC but getting consistent people for this and 2 random nice level 100's to assist just seems more difficult with the current community to me.

    Probably would be easier just to save up, but yeah it is rather disappointing. A year/2 years ago people would be eager to help or do this. Now everyone is just preoccupied with power leveling.

    I would love a spot in this and I have even been trying to find a squad in-game. However, my bm is only 68 but I have most of my TT70 armor already lined up.

    There are people that do these runs. I know of people paying 100+ to do it. I know someone that did it for 40m (10m per cape/person) and the 60-80 chars just had to follow.

    We actually just did this for our alts with a bunch of Radiance people :o
    After so many tries >.>

    Squad set-up was:
    80 Mystic
    80 BM
    80 Psychic
    68? Seeker <-deadweight b:laugh
    101 BM
    101 Sin

    Both 101s were charmed and basically our sin went ahead and killed the bosses while our awesome BM cleared for us~
    As the mystic it was hell trying to heal and keep everyone res-buffed, but was a lot of fun ^-^

    We had tried setting squad up with 2x100+ BMs before but those always failed since we killed too many mobs and didn't finish in time :o

    I was their sin, and the way we did it was pretty simple. Note though, the BM we had was at about 9-10k HP unbuffed, with Nirvana +10 armors and +10 second cast Nirvana axes. He had no trouble flooring the mobs quickly.

    Anyway, we'd clear together to Noxtouch, I would kill noxtouch and then clear all the mobs to pole/nob. While he goes to pyro and clears to pyro and kills Pyro. While he's doing Pyro I would kill Pole or Nob, depends which one is closer. Then wait for him and the 4 nublets to come back and then we'd kill the last boss.

    We were both charmed and "decently" geared, so it's not impossible. It just needs some communication. We were all also on vent, and I think that helped a lot. Having the ability to yell out which mob is being a buttface without having to stop DDing to type was good.

    Anyway, it takes a long time to do all of this, people afk and brb and flying back and such. Regrouping takes longer than doing a whole run.

    Ummm... NO. A year or two ago no one would be willing to help you... or even capable of helping. Back then people demand fbs to be wined or will drop squad if it isn't. You are literally asking for a huge hand out while not giving anything back. I can easily solo the instance, but I'll be damned if i am to help some running nose nub asking for a hand out.

    I'd be interested in running people through Wraithgate on a money per run basis. I feel it would be easier that way rather than payment for an entire cape, due to people needing come in and out.

    Would anyone else be interested in paying for this?

    Replying to this thread. I was the BM for Meimei's run and it wasn't too hard to finish the instance in 11-12 minutes with 13k points.

    so 11-12 minutes per run+ time in between x 8 is something like 1 hour 45 minutes, i'm pretty sure if we charge like 1.5m per successful run would be reasonable o.o.

    for people trying to make money off of this, you better practice some firstb:chuckle it'll take a few tries to get used to it, cuz you have to finish within at least 17 minutes and 10k points.


    -BM's trying to do this should always have magic marrow up btw, magic mobs can do like 1k damage easily on you

    Tried it just after I posted. A BM and I managed gold first try finishing in 9 minutes.

    I'll probably grab my newb seeker a cape some time whether we end up doing it for money or not, certainly interested in doing it for coin still though :)

    i know someone who does it for 10 mil per person or in general he wants 40 mil after the 8 runs, hes really good and can do the trophy mode run in around 800 seconds, so in fact its cheaper than WTLG but it all depends on the other squad members if they can pay 10 mil per player for the cape, PM me in game if u wanna know who :P <- Xinnz

    I charge 1m per person, per run. Hyper yourself to 60 in 2 days on sanc and we'll talk.

    I did BH/FB 69 for my cleric solo (me and my sin) in like 10 minutes. 1 shot aoeing mobs is totally useful.

    35m every 8 runs. PM me in game.

    Holy **** is there such thing as helping people for free anymore??? I mean it would only take a lvl 80 like 3 YEARS to make that much cash if they are F2P! Jeeze the rich just seem to get richer and the poor just seem to get poorer in this game now. Seriously nobody can do a few runs through an instance now for free?

    thats like a panhandler asking someone driving by if they will take him (or her) out for a steak dinner with a bottle of french wine, and then when the passing motorists refuses the panhandler yells at him that hes a rich, greedy piece of ******.

    the poor cant get any poorer because they start the game with nothing, the same way the "rich" do. Here's an idea, make some friends, talking down to people that can do what you want them to do is not a very good tactic to get what you want.

    Beggars are hypocrites. I'm sure after you get your cape, you'd help randoms do 8 runs for free as well?

    Rich people don't get rich by wasting time and effort on things that don't add value to them. The opportunity cost of wasting 30 minutes can be like 5-10M in a TT run. So to make it worthwhile for them to help there needs to be an incentive; aka cash. I apply this to randoms because there is limited time and resources to help every helpless soul in the world.

    BTW I will be helping randoms run a trophy mode squad and I already have helped many people do things like kill bosses and many BH29s

    I am interested in this too. 80 BM with decent gear, good skills, and I know when to HF. b:chuckle Fully willing to pay 10 million for all 8 successful runs, so let me know in game if you are doing a run.
