Wanted to know if you guys dont think that its annoying when we was as clerics go
pk and were like not even 5mins out of sz and plp on pk and (low lvl around)
asking for buffs and revives ==" tbh i dont mind once ina while but im busy pking
and its annoying having to turn on/off my pk settings each time to buff/revive someone
mostly what gets me annoyed its when the town is even so close plp arent willing to release x.x

If they spam you just blacklist them. Or simply ignore them.

Yes, it's annoying when people are desperate for buffs/resses. If they ask nicely and are patient I'll buff them, if not then they can even beg me, I'm not buffing them.

i can handle "RES PLEASE!" "OMG HEAL ME!" "BOOF PLEASE!" i can't handle "Can i have your wings?" "can i have your belt?" "Can i have your fashion" do people think im a money tree? people are just selfish, they think 5k exp loss will kill them, big deal i lose 500k+ exp when i release... im never gonna be able to lvlb:sad nirvanna takes 0.6% exp each time i die, i blame myself cause i get lazy to plume shell, but when bosses hit me 4 times then theres something wrong...

Yeah. sometimes I get such random PMs too. Minding my own business then all of a sudden:

xxx whispers: can u giv me coinz/gold/<insert random item I probably have> plz
To xxx you say: go away you begger -.-

yyy whispers: can u sell me ur wings plz?
To yyy you say: if I wanted to sell 'em they'd be in ah or some catshop //.-

zzz whispers: can u sell me <insert fashion piece I'm currently wearing> plz?
To zzz you say: *links event fashion piece that I'm currently wearing* (yeah, most of my fash is from event boutique lol)

If they insist on PMing me I just blacklist them.Simple like that.

As for nirvana, I usually don't have big problems surviving. I like to stay as far as I can from the squad, max range if possible, unless it's a boss that aoes and I'll need to throw in a CHB. But I've had fail squads too. Like when you get to the boss that spawns birds and either nobody kills the black birds, or someone throws an aoe and hits the white ones. Then I wake up I get 5k damage and then the boss comes at me and deals 3k+ damage before I get to heal myself. b:sweat
Another example would be the bird that spwans fire under you that deals 2500 (I think) damage per second. Fire appears right under the squad and nobody moves. I try to spam heal them, type "move" in chat as fast as I can (tho lately I've been using the "up" arrow trick xD), but it's rather pointless. Then they die and then are like "heal plz" b:sweat I HATE it when people ask me to heal when I'm obviously doing/going to do that. It's not like people are ever gonna tell me at a boss "DD plz" or maybe "just sit there and watch plz".Why would they want a cleric if it would be to ask them that? b:chuckle

Why did you assume I don't already have a high level like that? I'm just saying anyone above 90 should be fairly experienced and familiar with PWI and it's community. I guess you're somewhat on par with those who use hyper stones and FF to get to a high level and know nothing about any quests apart from the necessary ones.

People like to beg clerics for stuff more than others because clerics are just so motherly. You get this feeling of warmth and fuzziness from being with clerics that are pro.

Roflllllllll my thoughts exactly. It's always weird when a high level asks a dumbass question like this. It's like... Really?

And @ OP: If you can't say no, reroll another character. I BL ppl so fast it's not even funny. And if someone in a squad tells me what to do I do the opposite. I hate hate hate being told what to do. I'm the meanest cleric you'll probably ever see. I say probably because I have my nice moments sometimes ^_^

I am one of the ones who LOVES healing others. On my Dreamweaver Cleric, I'll heal/buff them. It doesn't take that long on cast time. But if they are very rude I'll just let them die.
And on my veno I love casting bramble guard on others and healing other veno's pets and mystic's summons. b:victory

I never knew how demanding people were of clerics. It's almost degrading at times. I was plying my Cleric last night, doing the 3x quests that have you killing like 50 of each monster around orchid valley. This lady blademaster comes up to (while I'm meditating)...

LadyBm - "buffe me"
Me - "hold on a minute, lemme finish meditating"
LadyBM - "buff me now, or I report you for hax" (which is impossible, I don't **** sh*t)
Me - "Haha GTFO TROLL!"

Some people will run up to me and start jumping around and following me, never actually ask me for anything, and then call me greedy when I don't just automatically buff everyone standing near me.

I always buff ppl who ask nice, like most clerics, but I really had no idea clerics got treated this way until I rolled one myself.

But then there are the pleasant people. Sometimes I'll drop buffs on random ppl I see questing (after I look and see that they don't already have increased HP recovery since that could be life powder).

Lets face it, a cleric's buffs are just about always in demand. Increased attack/defense and recovery is good for any situation. One of the main reasons I rolled a cleric was for the constant supply of buffs. The other reason is that they can do physical AND magic damage.

Stick up for yourselves clerics!

I tend to ignore random buff res requests if I get them unless I'm feeling unusually generous. To much whispers asking and I'll just blacklist.

I usually just buff guildmates and friends if they ask.

Well,"honey", if you had any brains you'd know not everyone who has been here for a long time is over level 90 and you'd also know the join date on forums doesn't correspond to when you first made your account, it only shows when you first visited the forums b:chuckle

My comment wasn't mean in any sense, I'm just saying anyone above level 90 shouldn't even be complaining about the PWI community. And for such a self proclaimed veteran as yourself, I'd expect you to know better. But obviously not

It IS annoying when what u want is killing ppl, and ppl ask u to support.

For me, it is plain, kill the one that ask u to buff/ress.

I love getting the PMs when you're just going about your business. "BUFF" or "BUFF NOW" like it's a compulsory thing that I must stop conducting my own business and buff them. It would be nice to at least get a please here and there. Also, random *** squad invites THEN getting "buff cleric" Seriously? SMD. Lol.

well who honestly facking quests after lvl7x?? u do ur sprit culti, then its all instances & pk'ing.

and also, i really hate peeps that pm me demanding buffs - if u cant say plz or be nice then no, go **** urself, i wont buff u.

and finially - they wouldent be sqd chatting "heal me!" if u were doing ur only facking job & healing, u NOOB

I have a friend who deals with people begging for res/buffs by reviving or buffing and then stalking them. As soon as they start fighting a mob, they get bombarded with seals until the mob eventually kills them.
