OK so I want to upgrade my genie and I know that I have to go to the Watcher of Earth and I know that the Watcher of Earth is supposed to be in every major city near the elder....however, I am in Raging Tides (or whatever its called) and I can't find the Watcher of Earth. I see the Earthguard Agent but no Watcher.

Where is he? Can I just get some coordinates for one.I don't care where.Just coordinates where there is a Watcher of Earth please? thank you b:victory

    Look for the Coordinate locator on the minimap in the upper right hand corner of your screen. It wil lbring a list of local NPCs. You'll see it there.

    raging tides is the only city where the watcher ISN'T near the elder. (not counting archosaur, with its two watchers. but they're in plain view, at least.)

    or, well, it was anyway... i'm not really sure where the watcher in tellus city is, actually. NOTHING useful in that city is anywhere near the elder... but anyways.

    walk away from the elder towards the city proper. on the bridge, turn right, jump off, and go counterclockwise around the city's outer circle for a little bit. take the doorway out through the right-hand wall into a little park-like area with trees and mushrooms and stuff; the watcher of the earth is in there.
